Stain Removal Guide
Before using our stain removal guide, be sure to follow your garment care instructions, commonly attached to your garment.
Caution should be used when treating sugar stains or blood stains. Hot water will render them impossible to remove. If in doubt, use cold water to remove all stains.
Extreme caution should be used when cleaning lingerie, medical compression stockings, baby clothing, nursing wear and all clothing belonging to the family of a newborn baby. Only soaps rather than detergents should be used in all of the pre-ceding cases. When cleaning stockings with detergent, the rubber fibres will deteriorate prematurely and your stockings will no longer function. In the case of lingerie, again, the rubber fibres will deteriorate and break if you use detergents. With baby clothing, detergents can cause irritations to your baby's skin and will penetrate into your baby's body.
